The Business Rules specify the requirements of the documents you upload in the system (driver’s licence, medical). Ensuring your documents meet these requirements will save time and have your workers approved faster.
Complete this form if you have a new worker who is already registered as a McArthur River Mine contractor, and you need them transferred to your company.

Where do I register in the system?
Select the REGISTER button at the top of the page to find the McArthur River Mine Contractor Management System.
How much does worker registration cost?
The costs below include induction bookings unless otherwise stated.
First year contractor registration: $170 + GST (including card)
Renewals: $75 + GST
What benefit does the Contractor Management System have for contractors?
Registration ensures contracting companies and workers are qualified to work at McArthur River Mine. It allows them to keep company information up to date in one place online, and to ensure the qualifications and competencies of their employees to work at McArthur River Mine.
What will I need to upload in the system for workers?
You will be prompted to upload for your workers:
- Photograph
- Proof of identification
- Approved contractor information form
Who do I contact if I have questions about the system?

How long do the MRM online inductions take to complete, and where can they be completed?
- MRM Site Induction approximately 2 hours
- MRM Working with Cultural Differences approximately 45 mins
There is a short quiz in each of the inductions.
Computers are available for workers to complete the inductions at site if required. This can be arranged with the supervisor/training department. There are also computers in the camp available to complete the inductions.
Where does my worker collect their access ID card?
On successful verification and online induction completion, you will be notified that your worker is registered in the McArthur River Mine Contractor Management System. Their access ID card can be collected from site – ask at reception for details.
Can I fast track an application?
Yes, We offers an escalation procedure.
We understands that there are times when you’ll need your data application or access ID cards to be processed faster than our standard delivery time of two working days.
